We generally operate on FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms, depending on your preference. We work with reliable shipping lines to ensure timely delivery.
Quality is our priority. We conduct rigorous testing at every stage of production, including moisture content, ash content, and burning duration checks. We also welcome third-party inspections like SGS upon request.
